CJX4-□□□Z Range DC Operation AC Contactor
一、用途 APPLICATION

CJX4- □□□Z（原型號CJX10-Z）系列直流操作交流接觸器（以下簡稱接
觸器）也適用于交流50Hz（或60Hz）額定絕緣電壓為690V，額定工作電流至
32A的電路中，供遠距離接通和分斷電路之用。也適用于頻繁起動及控制異步、 交流變速和交流調速電機，還適用于機床、設備控制電器。
CJX4- □ □ □Z (last type CJX10-Z) range DC operation AC contactor is used in AC 50Hz(or 60Hz), rated insulation voltage 690V, rated current is up to 32A, for long-distance making and breaking circuit、 frequency trip、 control different step、 AC transmission and AC adjustment motor, also applied to machine tools and equipment electrical control.

■ 二：結構特點 structure feature
△ 立體布局，積木結構，上方可加裝輔助觸頭組及空氣延時頭等，有利于擴大功能 Three-dimensional layout、 modular structure, can added  contact arrangement and air time-delay terminal, help to expand functional.
△ 觸頭采用雙斷點，強制摩擦結構，有自潔作用
Double breaking point contact, mandatory friction structure, self-cleaning function.
△ 鐵心采用螺管式結構。 Solenoid structure of rail Core
△ 觸頭有編號、直觀，便于安裝

三、正常工作條件和安裝條件 NORMALLY WORKING AND INSTALLATION CONDITION

△ 周圍空氣溫度-25℃～+40℃，24小時的平均值不超過+35℃；
Ambient temperature: -25～+40℃, Average temperature ≤35℃ in 24H;
△ 海拔高度不超過3000m；Elevation≤3000m;
△ 空氣相對濕度在最高溫度為+40℃時不超過50%，在較低溫度下可以有較高的相對濕度，最濕月的月平均最低溫 度不超過+25℃，同時該月的月平均最大相對濕度不超過90%；并考慮到因溫度變化發生在產品上的凝露。 Relative humidity is not exceeding 50% at the maximum ambient temperature +40℃ With lower temperature, higher humidity would be permitted. And average maximum relative humidity ≤ 90% in the most humidity month, at the same time, the average minimum temperature should ≤ +25℃, and should give consideration to the dews on the goods surface, which would appear due to temperature change;
△ 額定工作制：a）八小時工作制；b）斷續周期工作制；c）不間斷工作制。
Rated working rule: a) 8h working rule; b) intermittent work cycle rule; c) ongoing work rule.
△ 環境污染等級為“污染等級3”；Pollution grade: Grade 3;
△ 安裝類別為“安裝類別Ⅲ”；Installation categories: class Ⅲ;
△ 該系列接觸器可采用螺釘安裝或卡裝在35mm（CJX4-09□Z～18□Z）U型安裝軌上。
The range contactor installation way: by screw or installed on 35mm (CJX4-09□Z～18□Z) U type rail track.

例如：CJX4-253Z直流操作交流接觸器電壓DC  110V，20臺;
Example: CJX4-253Z DC operation AC contactor, DC, 110V, 20 sets. 表示為25A接觸器的主觸頭為三對常開，輔助觸頭為一對常開，控制線圈的電壓 為直流110V，訂貨數量為20臺。
Means need 25A contactor, main contact are three normally open, auxiliary contact is one normally open, control coil voltage is DC 110V, order volume is 20 sets.
